Do you see the paradox IPSwitch has created now with the separation of the support methods? The current system is broken and needs to be made useful again for everyone by mirroring the messages between the two support methods, even if our e-mail messages have to be sorted thru one-by-one by IPSwitch Support to weed out the undesirable postings prior to releasing them into the WEB forum... Anyway, I discovered the new released version notice when I visited their WEB site to do some research on when the next release was supposed to be due out, as I've been out of the loop for the last couple of months due to vacations and off-site training requirements which has my e-mail a bit backed up at the moment (like you, I'm ever so thankful for e-mail auto-rule processing as it keeps me somewhat organized in how I tackle e-mail!). BTW, did you know WUP2KSP1 had an SQL Injection Vulnerability in it? I didn't until I started going thru the release notes for SP1a to see if this version would fix any of the numerous issues I had with the product since it was released...
