If you are looking for something that will check the actual page against a stored copy of the original page, for changes, no, WUP cannot do that (well, it might, but the stored copy or some part of it, would have to be part of the script, in the "Expect =" line).
But if you put something on your page (a date stamp, or some text) then WUP can look for that information on the page and tell when it is not found. If someone came along and replaced the page with another that does not have that information, WUP would tell you the page is not as desired. Hmmm, you might be able to use the Active Script capabilities to check the page delivered by the query to a stored one... Not done this myself, just thinking out loud....
