Using confluence to manage the website content is attractive. However, it might
also be nice to allow a less restrictive editing regime for non-website parts
of the wiki (although some projects require an ICLA for all edits, see e.g.
http://camel.apache.org/how-do-i-edit-the-website.html). Is this possible I
wonder?
