Well, that's the thing - I'm running 1.3 and put in a fix a couple of weeks ago
for this (see comment in #114). As far as I'm aware, mounted resources and
mounted pages work fine with a filter path of "/*". The only thing that doesn't
seem work properly at the moment is a stateless form on a mounted page.
