Any release of an Apache project needs to be legally clean. Even if it is a developer build. We should not delay the release, but resolve the issues ASAP so we can deliver the release. Therefore I started the vote: this will focus us on solving the legal troubles instead of lingering on. In order to solve them, we need a concrete list, not a "I'm positive there are legal issues". Who will run RAT on our directories? Martijn
