Agreed. I think "But we have also decided..." on the wiki is a bit, err,
strong. It makes us look like we're ignoring the ASF's rules when we're
actually trying to keep everyone happy.
Thoughts:
- It can probably be argued that properties files don't have any degree
of creativity in them.
- I don't really see why we don't put a license header in the
examples/test HTML files. It wouldn't kill us. You could argue that
the test HTML files are nearly all auto-generated, but given we do
the autogeneration, it would be pretty easy to add in.
