Pshawwwww! My impression is that these effects are much less interesting to
users than they are to us, and generally aren't worth the trouble. And when
I have a problem I need to solve with animation (or so I convince myself),
they never seem to do exactly what I need. But people tend to like working
on effects libs ;) and, if Wicket ends up integrating one that doesn't suck
(and doesn't require a huge js), I and everyone else will probably find
something to use it for.  And the more it exposes handy util functions (like
getScrollPosition!) for coding things yourself, the better.
