Pro for 1.2 is matching releases with wicket, the packages are pretty
bound to a wicket release anyway...
Pro for 1.0 is that it maintains and communicates a separate release schedule.
[ ] all packages from the wicket core project should have the
same major/minor release numbers
[ ] all extraneous projects have their own release schedule, and
hence their own release numbers
