The first parameter of PackageResource.bind is Application which is
probably a left over from many versions ago. Besides the fact that
nothing is done with that parameter, it is not consistent with the get
methods.

I'd like to remove that parameter, but that breaks the API (though it
is not a feature that is used /that/ often).

Furthermore, I think wicket.markup.html is probably not the best
package for PackageResource and friends; just wicket or
wicket.application would make more sense. However, that's not a biggy,
and we probably don't want to break tooooo much.

I just comitted an improvement for PackageResource so that you can
bind resources using a regular expression that is used to match files
of the package of the provided scope (thus NOT any subpackages)
instead of one-by-one/ absolute only.
