for example in the Prepare phase of the steps..
but as i said if we want to really push the creation we need to do it as http session does it.
But are we going to do that for 1.2?

We obviously have to make a choice here. Either requests run in the
scope of a session, in which case we can't/ shouldn't defer creating
an httpsession when that's the session store, or they don't have to
run in the scope of the session, in which case we should loose the
constructor argument and parameter (which is just an optimization).
