Ok, now that I think of it:
1) I prefer handle() callback methods over attribute/tag
modifiers/removers because it feels more flexible.
2) At the same time, having a static table that is generated once is
probably going to lead to better performance.
Anyway, your call. Just please make sure it is consistent.
