If I understand this correctly, we agreed on adding an
app-level setting, not a region-level setting. Either an app-level or
Page-level setting is fine with me. I would say start with the
broad-most (app-level) and if users need finer controls (page-level or
region-level) we can add it.

        We have yet to clarify how autolink will resolve HTML links to
Wicket components or external links.
