OK, I already did core. Eclipse was already confusing as the main java
classes were compiled into 'target/classes', and the testcases were
compiled into 'build/test-classes'. This update should fix all for once
and all.

NOTA BENE:

Don't forget to remove your local working copy and perform a clean
checkout of the project.
