Btw, where should we put the DatePicker when it is done? Core or
extensions? Personally I feel that such a component will be very
commonly used, so I would argue for putting it in core.

I think we are making progress with JSS/CSS support. Component header
(e.g. from a panel) are added just once to the page's header and

In the case of the datepicker, there would never be any problem though,
as it works with some static JS/CSS 'libraries', and a custom JS
initialisation script. That initialization script is generated uniquely
for each component, using references to it's path in the page, so there
would be no conflicts.
