Eelco said there's  not a whole lot  we can do.  But  I think this
problem is actually  really critical, since many  people have been
facing it and will be facing it again and again.

So I think, even if it's not perfect, we should prevent the update
of JAR entries's  last modified timestamps.  We can  do that right
now in Wicket, no need to wait for a new version of the JVM.
