I am done with the code review. We should trigger all starting conditions to 
make sure that it's clean - I have replaced some brickburners with clay diggers 
there, and I also found some curved swords.

Also a question for Nordfriese: Does the first scenario need a special starting 
condition? Otherwise, you could just include the headquarters starting 
condition from the tribes and get rid of the extra code.
