There used to be Special:TaggedImages, but that appears to have been nuked. From my memory it didn't work properly either, but some sort of control page where tagged images can be monitored and managed would be useful. We should be able to see 1) what was tagged, 2) when it was tagged, 3) who tagged it, and/or 4) who removed the tag and 5) when.
