Special:TaggedImages should still exist. It's just unlisted. It was
actually a bug that it showed up in the first place because you can't
view anything by going to the page, it requires a query with the name
of the tag to search for. Basically it's linked to from any article
which has a tag directing to it and lets you see what other images have
that tag. But yes, I agree that it should be extended to allow for a
listing of all the images with tags a list, like this example. (^_^ Pardon the use of strange names...
