As long as they were just deleted by a sysop on that wiki, yes, the articles
are retrievable (not permanently though).  Just ask a local sysop (or a
janitor) if you wish to obtain copies of them.

But they may not need to be moved to a *new* wiki, please check to see if
any of the other existing wikis would cover what you would like moved there.
