It would be handy for us wiki-junkies, but MediaWiki doesn't have this functionality because of security concerns over the privacy of the watchlist.
Only you, with your password, are supposed to be able to view your watchlist - not even admins or staff can find out what you are watching. An RSS feed for the watchlist would need to access or contain the password somehow, and thus be vulnerable to interception and hacking; from what I understand a secure solution is not trivial. I will pass on the suggestion to the techs, but I wouldn't expect to see a solution in the near future. Sorry!
