Hi Jesús, Yes, I think we have some of the issues nailed down (on both the 1.10 apaches and the 1.12 apaches separately). For wikis running 1.12, as I mentioned before, images are handled differently than in 1.10. For 1.12, every pageview that had images generated a "getThumb()" request for each image and these were being treated as if a new thumbnail was generated and a purge request was sent to the cache (for just viewing the page as opposed to changing anything). Despite this code having run on Wikipedia, Wikipedia wasn't actually effected by this issue because their image servers are set up a bit differently (which we're looking into now).
