Firefox, though it looks to have disappeared after going as far as a
CTRL+SHIFT+R (SHIFT+R didn't see any changes), so this is likely caused
by not incrementing $wgStyleVersion after making a change to the site
styles. As it seams that the squid servers were likely caching that old css.
Now onto the next...
Why is the default monaco skin "abc" which isn't even listed on
preferences, and doesn't appear to be complete!?
