Interesting. Let me ask Christian what some of the defaults are here because ?useskin=monaco isn't the whole command. When I use "?useskin=monaco&usetheme=beach" or "?useskin=monaco&usetheme=custom", etc. then everything is ok. I think if people actually selected one of the themes (or even custom) then it would be ok... but just specifying "?useskin=monaco" without a particular theme might include conflicting defaults.
