Perhaps the Wikipedia:Copyrights page needs to be made stronger (http://tinyurl.com/yqplp). It might be useful to add a more noticeable link to this from the Main Page as well.
Secondly, we don't seem to have a translation of the GFDL yet, so people might be confused about what they can add. (http://ar.wikipedia.org/wiki/GNU_FDL). It would be great if people could be encuraged to work on this. http://www.gnu.org/copyleft/copyleft.html#translationsGFDL has guidelines on translating. So far they link to the Wikipedia versions for Romanian and Welsh.
