This naming isn't going to work - "decat" and "nocat" sound totally synonymous
to me. At least "hidecat" refers to the visual effect.

>*A global magic word __DECATEGORIZE__ that removes the page from all

The more I think about this, the more it seems of limited use. Even a page that
primarily includes other pages is likely to want to be categorised in some
categories of its own. So it might be better as a "from this point on" tag.

But, anyway, there is a lot of consensus for a nocat and hidecat/decat tag. Is
there a formal process for requesting that it be implemented?
