Usually namespaces are used for functionally distinct types of pages; things
like recipes would seem to be better served by a category. (Among other things,
a namespace will make it harder to find things in a search, in the current
system.)
If there's a clear consensus among the community to use a namespace anyway,
please summarize the community discussion on the matter. If there hasn't been a
discussion, please do so prior to reopening. :)
