The real bug is that these access keys can be neither changed nor disabled by the user. If they were made a preferece item, particularly if they default to OFF, that would deal with the matter. If a logged-in user could edit the mappings, that would be even better, but that might be technically tricky, i don't know. but disabling them per user shouldn't be hard. if it is, disable them for everyone. don't mark this WONTFIX, fix it by giving the user control.
