I spent some time trying to figure out where the heck the language selector was
in the new opt-in; turns out that if you click the "W" logo, a little box
expands containing them.
If the logo is being turned into an activation for a fold-out or pop-up menu,
it needs to be tweaked to look like clicking it will open a menu so it's an
attractive, discoverable tool.
Giving it a button-like appearance, or a fold-out triangle, might help.
