With the new usage of the same banner in multiple campaigns, it would be
incredibly useful to be able to see to which campaigns a banner is assigned.
This would hopefully reduce the need to clone banners as often as we have
during the 2011 fundraiser by allowing reuse when it is known that the changes
will not impact other campaigns.
