With reference to
http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Article_feedback/Version_5/Testing, I have been
doing Phase 1.0 testing. I found that in the basic feedback form, clicking on
the question mark icon takes me to a help page, but in the Call to Action form,
clicking there produces no response.
