With reference to
http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Article_feedback/Version_5/Testing, I have been
doing Phase 1.0 testing. I note that the Call to Action has a dismiss button
(X in the upper right corner), but the basic Feedback window does not. I
believe that it should, so that users who don't like it can get rid of it.
