It would be possible to add the 'X' button everywhere, but we're not sure it's needed at the bottom of the page. We will consider it for phase 1.5, which starts as soon as we launch 1.0 this week (for limited testing on 10k articles.) If we get the same request from a lot of other folks like you, we will consider adding this feature across all feedback forms and CTAs.
