I have some more information. Every time I edit a page with Semantic Forms, the
same "Bad parser output text" error appears, and the page refuses to load. Look
at this example (login with Demo/test):

http://www.coincompendium.com/w/index.php?title=File:Vulture.jpg&action=history

I edited that today, January 9th, and now it won't load. But, you can still
view the previous version from December 11th, no problem. If you try to view
the diff, that's when you get the "Bad parser output text" and backtrace error:

http://www.coincompendium.com/w/index.php?title=File%3AVulture.jpg&action=historysubmit&diff=16655&oldid=13809

Any ideas what might cause that behavior, and how I can troubleshoot this
further? There are other reported instances of this similar error occuring,
besides this bug 33424, but I'm having trouble figuring out what they have in
common other than they all occur after an edit:

I'm not sure if they're related though. Any ideas?
