Do you agree? As consequence the first heading "MediaWiki:Help/de" on https://translatewiki.net/wiki/MediaWiki:Help/de?uselang=en should be left aligned and the first heading "MediaWiki:Help/ar" on https://translatewiki.net/wiki/MediaWiki:Help/ar?uselang=en should be right aligned.
