The styleversion is no longer maintained so this is useless.
(Found via https://developers.google.com/pagespeed/, complaining about query
strings on static resources; not entirely bad in general in MediaWiki but in
this case it really is useless as it's no longer maintained).
Perhaps this be done from CSS instead? (saves a bit of HTML, removes the query
string, and saves an http request when @embed'ed into CSS)
