en.WP and many other WP's which are using clones / variants of
[[template:Authority control]] are providing a link to WorldCat.org at
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Albert_Einstein#normdaten.
Please note that http://www.worldcat.org/identities/lccn-n79-22889 and
http://orlabs.oclc.org/identities/lccn-n79-22889 are showing nearly the same
information.
VIAF numbers which are not known at LoC (sometimes mentioned as LC and other
times LCCN) it is possible to identify "/identities/" urls from the VIAF
number. This guess / search is easier as the standard
http://orlabs.oclc.org/identities/find?fullName=Petrosian%2C+Tigran whih may
fail with UTF-8 characters.

Note: The parameter used to support these vaules in [[template:Authority
control]] is "|WORLDCATID=viaf-101695361".
The "|" character can not be used without url encoding in templates. This is
why some template clones are using "|WORLDCATID-URL-TYPE=124".
