If I limit the namespace to something not including the category namespace it
seems to limit the depth to one and not show subcategories.
ex:
<categorytree mode=all namespaces=Case>Cases</categorytree>
We tried adding the extra namespaces to "$wgCategoryTreeMaxDepth = array(" and
force the depth to be 5 but that seems to have no effect.
