We need a better way to find tags, so you don't have to click through so many
categories to find the tag you want.
An alphabetical tag index could help do that, as the last category on the Tag
Wizard.
This could be called 'All' or 'Index' and list every tag alphabetically.
Alternatively, we might want to have a 'Search' function to find a tag that
matches what you want to report. But that seems harder to do.
