I think these are the biggest places the software fell down. The first should be easy to address, while the second two are harder. 18972 was also a major problem for us, but the Board Election will probably be small enough that it doesn't become an issue this time. (Depending on the approach, addressing 18974 might also solve 18972 anyway.) Some of the other issues were also important but they were either rare problems, or reasonable workarounds existed, so if they aren't addressed this time then it is probably fine.
