It's fine to redirect normal mobile traffic to the mobile site, but there
should _always_ be a way to view the site as you would on a non-mobile
platform. Making using the mobile site non-optional is incredibly user
unfriendly and hostile. (The e-mails Wikimedia's Open-source Ticket Request
System has been receiving will attest to this.)
