As reported by r1991 in #mediawiki, the fundraising banners are not currently
mobile-friendly. Screenshot attached.
I'm not sure where the fundraising team is on mobile support. If there aren't
mobile banners and a mobile donation interface ready, these banners should
simply be disabled on mobile devices.
I think in past years there have been mobile-friendly banners with "TEXT WIKI"
or something? Those might be reusable this year.
The current situation depicted in the attached screenshot is unacceptable,
though. The close icon and "Please help" text are painfully small and the
banner is eating the window.
