Heya, E3Experiments has another extension, Onboarding. Can you add a component
for it to MediaWiki extensions? cc'ers should be like E3Experiments and
EventLogging: swalling, olivneh, me (spage) and new hire Matt Flaschen.
BTW Matt Flaschen should be added to cc'ers for those other extensions.
