1) Create an article and save it
2) Start editing the article and Save as a draft
<<New draft is not listed in Existing drafts above the edit page>>
Expected Outcome::
New drafts shall be listed as they are saved.
Test EnvironmentOS : Vista , DB : MySQL 5.1.33 , PHP : 5.2.9-2, MediaWiki :
1.15.0
Browser : Firefox 3.0.11
