Steps to reproduce ::
1) Start editing an existing draft
2) Delete one word from existing text
<<Save Draft button will be enabled>>
3) Now click Ctrl + Z to undo the changes
<<The 'Save Draft' button is still enabled>>
Expected Outcome::
Button shall be disabled when there is no changes.
