Steps to reproduce ::
1) Create few drafts for an article
2) Click on a Discard link for a Draft
<< The draft is discarded immediately without any confirmation>>
Expected Outcome::
1) User shall be prompted to confirm discard
2) User shall have an option to Undo the discard if he wish
3) Message shall be displayed after the discard to the user
