I uploaded a file here: https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/File:Cat_id_rsa.pub.png The size which the HTML generated is forcing my browser to show the image as is correct, but the image shown ( https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/mediawiki/7/7e/Cat_id_rsa.pub.png ) is the old version.
