In both cases, you can only see the bad if you are not visiting in europe. North America varnish upload caches do not seem to be recieving HTCP purges. In both cases the european squid servers are find. I have no idea why, it really needs ops to look into it. perhaps the varnish servers don't recognize the url as belonging to them.
