Steps to reproduce ::
1) Save few drafts for an article and check the draft_edittime in Drafts table
<<All have same time stamp>>
2) Edit the drafts and Save the drafts. Check draft_edittime
<<The time stamp is not changed>>
Expected Outcome::
Draft edit time shall reflect the users' event (edit draft) time
Test Environment ::
OS : Vista , DB : MySQL 5.1.33 , PHP : 5.2.9-2, MediaWiki : 1.15.0
Browser : Firefox 3.0.11
