Steps to reproduce ::
1) Ensure 'Show edit toolbar (requires JavaScript)' is selected in My
Preferences
2) Start creating/editing article/draft etc
3) Modify , Add content using Edit toolbar
<<Save Draft button is not enabled>>
Expected Outcome::
'Save Draft' button shall be enabled when content is changed.

* Initially Disabled to indicate no change
* Enabled upon change
Test Environment ::
OS : Vista , DB : MySQL 5.1.33 , PHP : 5.2.9-2, MediaWiki : 1.15.0
