Steps to reproduce ::
1) Start editing an exiting draft or an article
2) Select text from area below edit area
3) Drag and drop the text to edit area
<<The content is changed but the button is not enabled>>
Expected Outcome::
'Save Draft' button shall be enabled when content is changed by drag and drop.

* Initially Disabled to indicate no change
* Enabled upon change
